  • How is Wildlands Physical Therapy different?

    We are a Direct Pay Physical Therapy Clinic, which means we do not contract with any insurance companies. This decreases our overhead and allows us to provide more value to you, our patients.

  • Can I submit my bill to insurance?

    If you have out-of-network benefits you can self-submit your bill to your insurance company. We are not in network with any insurance companies. We are not enrolled with Medicare, claims can not be submitted to Medicare.

  • What does it cost?

    Our rate is $150 per 50 minute session. You pay on the day of service, no waiting, no surprises.

    We also have discounted package rates for 3 and 5 session packages.

  • How do I pay for Services?

    We accept all major credit cards. You can use your FSA / HSA / HRA benefits to pay for Wildlands Physical Therapy Services. You can also pay in cash.

  • Do I need a Physician's Referral?

    No, because we don’t contract with any insurance companies you do not need a physician’s referral. In Wisconsin, you have the ability to go straight to a Physical Therapist.

  • Why did you change your name to Wildlands PT from PWR Physical Therapy?

    A national healthcare corporation challenged the use of the name PWR Physical Therapy. Instead of entering a long legal process, I chose to rebrand in a way that better reflects my mission and the place we call home. Wildlands Physical Therapy captures the strength, resilience, and connection to the outdoors that define this practice.
